ORDER
To purchase products from the Genni's website, personal data registration is required. We recommend that you store your data and passwords to facilitate future requests or orders, in which the data will no longer be requested.

• Advance BANK TRANSFER
PAY PAL: allows anyone with an e-mail address and credit card to send and receive payments online safely, easily and quickly. Registering for the service and sending money are free and it is possible to make instant payments in complete safety with your Credit Card or Poste Pay. Nobody can be aware of the codes used by PayPal customers. Activating your PayPal account is very simple and can be done in a few minutes. PayPal is a company of the e-Bay group.

To speed up order processing and delivery it is important to send to the email info@gennis.it a copy of the accountant of the bank transfer.
SHIPPING OF GOODS
After completing the order, an email will arrive with a summary of the items purchased. The shipment will be delivered within 24/48/72 hours. Shipping is free for orders over € 800. For orders below € 800, the shipping fee is € 10 for Italy and € 14 for Europe.
The products will be delivered by courier GLS Italy Spa: Qualitaglio Srl will not be responsible for unforeseeable delays. For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative at the address of the recipient indicated in the order will be required.
Stationary storage
It is possible to hold the deposit at your branch. The firm deposit must be requested in the order notes.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
Purchases made on the GENNI'S site are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales. In case the order is wrong or an item does not correspond to the correct size, 14 working days are available from the delivery date to return the product and be reimbursed for the cost.
